JUNE MEET-UP

Our June Monthly Meetup was conducted by Robin Houston Stitt. She focused on the importance of taking care of our mental Health. The interactive discussion was awesome. Two of the things that was discussed was:

• Self care - Self care is vital. You can not take care of others, without taking care of yourself first.

• Seeking Professional help - Knowing the signs and when to seek professional help is important.

Throughout the Meetup, door prizes were given away.

MENTAL HEALTH
